Filey Brigg

Sticking out nearly a mile into the
north sea, Filey Brigg is one of the
best known rock fishing venues
in Yorkshire. Big cod, pollack,
wrasse and mackerel are regularly
caught in season, and the British
record shore caught coalfish was
taken from here in 1995 weighing an enormous 24lb 11oz 12drms!
